The objective of the project was to create a new mixed use development on the Pacific Ocean Front of Mexico.
The most important public space in the city is the famous boardwalk which connects the old downtown and the new city.
Most of all mixed use developments in Mexico are closed gate developments isolated to the public with no urban integration and nothing happening at the street level.
Our project proposes a new green public space at the base of the towers by virtually integrating the boardwalk into the land creating a curve that shapes both towers allowing a connection between the city and the residents.
The towers set back on the top corners giving views and sunlight to the neighbors, creating a unique shape on the skyline of the city.
The project includes shops, restaurants, hotel, offices and apartments.
